How to Eat a Banana

Bananas are awesome! If you like the person you are with, turn to face them and eat your banana nice and slow. Give them way too much eye contact and try to avoid chomping. Yes, it’s funny! Be funny. It’s that time of the year, when we define the changes we would like to see in our personal lives. Work, money, family, food, body image, relationships, love and don’t forget SEX! The New Year is a perfect excuse to slow down… Really. You can do that for yourself. Leave your work troubles at work. (They don’t pay you enough to bring it home!) Unplug the computer, TV and phone for a few hours now and then. If you have kids in school, put them to bed early and take a little ME time. Or US time with your partner. Draw yourself a bath, give/receive a massage, enjoy a little roll in the sheets… these are the things that bond your relationship with your partner and yourself. You deserve that.
