Vanity Vr2 by Jopen

It’s one in a series of high end, rechargeable toys by Jopen. The Vr2 is a beautiful silicone double-ended vibrator. It is double-ended because you can insert either end and there are two motors, one in each tip of the vibe. The smaller end has a more subtle vibration, while the thicker end has a deeper, thumpier vibration.
I was tickled to find the Vr2 is much stronger than the average rechargeable vibe. Each motor has its own embossed control button. Unlike some toys with inset buttons, these controls are very simple and easy to use. You just push and hold. A light comes on to indicate that it’s on. The longer you hold the button, the stronger the vibration becomes. Lift your finger off the button when you reach you speed preference. Push it once more to turn it off. You can turn both motors on at once or use just one end. The motors are pretty quiet too.
The exterior is a seamless, velvety smooth silicone, not unlike the feel of the Rosebud. I LOVE the Rosebud, so you know the Vr2’s casing made me happy as well. Because it is silicone, it has no scent, in non-porous (won’t harbor bacteria) and is hypoallergenic.
You can use it vaginally or externally. You have the choice of which end appeals to you most in both size and vibration. Honestly, even though it’s strong for a rechargeable, it is not strong enough to take me over the edge. (But then for clitoral play, I am a Hitachi Magic Wand girl and seek a lot of sensation. It’s not fair to compare a rechargeable toy with a toy that plugs into an electrical socket.) It is however awesome as a warm up toy.
I see other reviews compare it to the Form 6, but I think they are two very different sex toys. The Vr2 has a much more refined exterior and feels better to the touch. But because the Vr2 is very yielding at the center point of the toy, it’s not the best G spot massager. The Form 6, being more ridged, better serves the G spot.
The charger slips into a hole at the center, underside of the toy. You just push the plug into raised circle in the silicone casing. Pull the charger plug out and the hole closes up as the soft silicone seals shut. There is an indicator light that shows it is charging. The light goes out when it’s fully charged. Simple.
The Vr2 is part of the Vanity line by Jopen. It comes with a 1 year warranty that can be extended to 10 years. I doubt people need the warranties much, but to me it’s a sign that a maker stands by their product. I like that.
Specs: Fuchsia, silicone with electronic interior, rechargeable, 6.75”x 1.5”
Clean it: It’s waterproof. You can clean it in the sink, with soap and water. You can also clean it with a solution of 10% bleach, 90% water. Do not boil this toy. It is silicone, but silicone toys with electronic interiors should never be boiled. They say it is safe to submerge in water, but with a toy this pricey, I don’t recommend it. Play in the shower, clean it, splash it but care for it.
