I had so much fun with the students of Pratt Institute last night! When I arrived they were covering the back of the stage with handmade paper hearts. (Cute! Art students make the best stage designers!) Every table and chair had free Valentines candies, toys, condoms and lubes from Sliquid! Everyone got a raffle ticket and at the end of my Orgasms for Everyone presentation, I raffled off prizes from The Pleasure Chest, Sliquid and Lovehoney! And I also have to give a shout out to my tour sponsors Tantus and Aneros. Bio Hacking for Health & Pleasure: Day 1

You may not know this, but I am a little obsessed with the human body’s pleasure responses and how to get the most out of it. And of course I am my own laboratory.
Lately, I have had the feeling I need to get healthier. I am a little whirl wind of energy, but I’m touring hard this spring and need optimal energy and to be as healthy as I can be.
So what’s the plan? I am going to start training for a 5K, just because I run better when I have a goal. I tend to clean up my food intake and eat more for fuel and nutrition.
Today being Day 1 of my new bio hacking plan… I cut out the sugar. Once I get the sugar out of my system, I always have more energy. Plus sugar has no nutritional value. So I don’t need it.

Hi kittens.
What’d I miss? You. I missed you horribly! Well, at least I got to see some of you at recent events. That makes me happy. And I’ll see even more of you in the coming weeks and months because I am touring a lot!
I’m tickled to be performing for my first time in Washington DC next week! I have my last two presentations at the Museum of Sex in NYC. (They remodeling and all events are on hold.) And I am doing my beloved Sex for Survivors presentation for FREE at The Pleasure Chest of New York City at the end of the month. All the details and links are enclosed.
Oh and I’ll be hitting the West coast from Seattle to San Diego in May. I am taking bookings now – so if you want me, please reach out.
When not writing or speaking, I pretty much spend my time watching youtube videos of baby monkeys eating pineapple chunks. Like this one.

Doing Derek & Romaine

Periodically I go up the the Sirius XM studios so Romaine and I can tag-team caller sex questions, while Derek makes wise cracks about balls or other such delights.

Accidental Wonderful: I Stumbled into a Magic Garden
